Users can add a review by going to any product and then in reviews section, click on “Write a Review” link as shown in image below:
This will take them to a detail review form where they can add title, review, ratings and even images from their activity/trip which will be shown in the products Review section.
Once a user adds a review, you will see the notification in your WP Dashboard under Products > Reviews and options to Approve, Delete etc. The review will only show up in the frontend once you have approved it via the backend.
